Susan Kaiser

I have always enjoyed being out in nature but as a retiree it is my vocation. Together with my husband I enjoy hiking to find wildflowers and waterfalls in the Sierra Nevada mountains. We take many summer trips with our little Airstream trailer that gets us closer to the fun and added kayaking to our outdoor repertoire. We treasure the many beautiful places we have seen and explored including the ancient trees and other organisms that make their homes in nature. When I'm not in the mountains or spending time with grandchildren, I love to read, practice my Italian and am working to become a better knitter.
