Description

This tree along the Mt. Rose meadow appeared to me to be a person with both arms raised. As it is old, but still barely alive, and the only tree of that age in the area, I assumed that the seeds from the tree were responsible for the much younger trees surrounding it, so it is titled "Forest Mother."
