Description

It was a winding drive on a narrow road to the top of the range. New Mexico is full of surprises! This photo was taken near the summit of Sierra Blanca in New Mexico, looking at towards south the Lincoln National Forest. From the top you can see this beautiful light of descending sun from the west. As I stood up there for a while with my tripod and camera I saw the transition of beautiful desert colors from pinkish, violet, and with orange and yellow to blue. It was so invigorating. As photographer, I know I witnessed something invigorating than the rest of humanity.
