Description

Bighorn Sheep on Grinnell Glacier trail. A group of about ten sheep - males and females had been grazing off trail as our group of five passed by. Without warning the group of sheep ran across the trail between members of our group. Then the three males followed us up the trail at a distance of about 30 yards. Finally they left the trail for the rocks above us where they continued to watch us continue up the trail. This is a picture of one of the males as it stood on the rocks above us.
