Description

We left a hot and steamy Dallas late August for some relief from the heat. I just happened, at the last minute, to throw a puffer jacket into my suitcase because you never know what the mountains will bring! We woke up the next morning, after arriving in Glacier the evening before, to this scene for the first hike of the trip. I was so glad that I had packed that puffer jacket and off we went for a wonderful winter wonderland hike in August!
