Description

I took this photo of a group of 28 women I went snow camping with in the Paradise area of Mount Rainier National Park. It was a free event, hosted by leaders of an online women's outdoor group, designed for women of all experience levels to get outside, meet other like minded women, share information, stories, and snacks. We all learned the basics of setting up camp in the snow and leave no trace principles. The weather and the people could not have been more beautiful or supportive.
