Description

What an incredible day. Every part of this trail was awe-inspiring. We walked along the shore of two lakes, saw pools from rain reflect the sky, and a waterfall way up in the distance that we would eventually walk behind. Reaching Upper Grinnell Lake and Grinnell Glacier, we walked down to the edge of the lake from a natural viewpoint and felt like we had the place to ourselves. Magical. Before heading back, we took in the views looking back down at the lakes and valleys we passed.
