Description

As the saying goes, mountains make their own weather. We were lucky that Mount St. Helens was cloud-free on a beautiful spring day so that we could capture this flower-fringed photo. The Boundary Trail follows along the Johnston Ridge where the original eruption blasted away the trees and left behind piles of rock.
