What could be more peaceful than watching the nature's favorite show from the highest point in Great Smoky Mountains National Park at 6643 ft. Clingmans dome is the highest point in Tennessee and summit views are spectacular all year round. Sky lit a vibrant ochre and the sun rays cast a distinct shadows and highlights as it descended below the horizon.
