Description

While under attack from the Pine Beetle, the Pine tree and its cones remain one of the beautiful things to see in Rocky Mountain National Park. The park is home to several conifer tree species including Lodgepole Pine, Limber Pine, Ponderosa Pine, Colorado Blue Spruce, Engelmann Spruce, Douglas Fir, and Subalpine Fir.
