Description

Rocky Mountain National Park was just the second national park we ever visited. That was way back in 1976. Ten years later we moved to Colorado and since then have visited RMNP more than two dozen times. That's what makes it so surprising that our most recent visit was the first time that we took the short hike off of Trail Ridge Road to Lake Irene. We loved the beauty of the lake with its glass-like surface and the reflection of the trees and sky.
