Description

Hiking in Acadia National Park is stunning any time of year but especially during early summer when the woods are so green it's almost painfully bright. It's beyond beautiful. One of our favorite trails is the Alder Trail to Schoodic Head on Schoodic Peninsula, part of Acadia that isn't on Mount Desert Island. It sees few visitors, allowing for an unrivaled connection with nature.
