Description

My girl has such an empathy and compassion for nature. She truly loves all wildlife, trees, flowers, bees, butterflies. She rejoices at the smallest of buds and insects. While in Sequoia, she really connected with the trees. She would hug their burn scars and tell them, "It's ok, you are beautiful and strong." She cried when she saw the sections burnt out by the wildfires. On our hikes, she would sit with the trees and sing songs to them encouraging them to grow. It was truly special to see her connection to the forest.
