Description

We woke up at 4:15am to drive 1.5 hours and arrive at this beautiful lake before sunrise. After a short hike, we were at the right altitude to see the reflection of Mt Rainier on the lake. It was absolutely stunning, and even better when the first light hit the top of the mountain. Another photographer was standing at the edge of the lake, adding interest and scale to the photograph.
