Description

Canyon de Chelly preserves the ruins and rock art of Ancestral Puebloans and Navajo. A key figure for the Navajo was the Spider Woman for which Spider Rock, a 700 foot sandstone spire, is named. Here it sits in the great expanse within the canyon walls.
