Description

Patience and extremely cold feet paid off when this nice bull finally decided to cross the stream. I waited in 10 degree weather for a few hours as the moose was bedded down, taking a little snooze. There was a cow moose on the other side of the stream, so I knew when he got up there was a chance he'd head across. Sure enough, as soon as he got up he made a beeline for the cow. I quickly took off my shoes and slid into the cold water. Luckily, the bull stopped for a quick drink as he crossed the stream and I happily clicked away.
