Description

Red-winged Blackbird male. This image was taken soon after we arrived from Breckenridge. I took a walk on a short trail with my tripod and long lens. I saw the blackbirds hanging out in the reeds. I set up and took multiple shots as I slowly moved closer. I stopped at a non-threatening distance and just kept taking images.
