Description

I have explored many different landscapes over the years, but Death Valley stands alone when it comes to disorienting scale and alien nature--it really feels like another planet. It's no wonder they used it for various scenes in Star Wars! Anyway, standing out in the middle of Badwater Basin in the middle of the night is an experience I recommend to anyone who visits this park. Given that it's unlikely you will ever stand on the moon, this is as close as it gets!
