Description

After a hike up to Pika and Duck Lakes in Inyo National Forest we were greeted with sublime views. I'd been watching the snow reports to make sure we could go as soon as the trail was reasonably passable without snowshoes or skis, and it was well worth it. Seeing snow still covering the peaks in June, contrasted against the deep blues of Duck Lake and wildflowers was a sight I won't soon forget!
