Description

Brown Bear scratching on tree. We were on our morning drive looking for bears. The alpha male and his female were seen but not photographable. Our local guide thought he knew where they were heading. We drove there and waiting. The female passed through first. Then the male arrived and stopped for a scratch - he had lots of open cuts from fights, which were probably itching.
