Description

The Margerie Glacier in May 2017 at Glacier Bay National Park. We were lucky that it was a nice day to view the glaciers, although the warm weather was causing rapid melt. You can see the gray splash in the image as a large chunk of glacier fell into the water. It was terrifying to see the speed at which parts of the glacier was calving.
