Description

This was one of my most memorable times that I've ever had with any wildlife. This young coyote let me hang around for the better part of a couple of hours, while s/he continued to stalk prairie dog homes. It was actually to cold for the dogs to come out, but a lesson well learned while Mom watched in the distance, It was worth being cold and wet to get this close up shot. Mud on it's face, and not to be discouraged.
