Description

Stepping stones carefully placed allow the casual hiker and national park visitor to traverse Taylor Creek without getting feet wet in the spring runoff. Steep canyon walls surround the sinuous river valley, with trees growing upstream and up elevation. Boulders, sand banks, and a sandy river bottom provide variety along the unpopulated trail.
